What is the idea?
I love to read freeCodeCamp news because it is a great source of guides, tutorials, and news about software development and related topics. I always wanted a tool that notyfies me if there a new article posted. FreeCodeCamp's Twitter doesn't work well for me because it also re-reposts older articles and it breaks the chronological order. As a Telegram user, I found it as an opportunity to use the Telegram Bot API. Now, I receive every new post in a channel and you can too.
How is it implemented?
I created a simple Node.js app with Express and MongoDB. It gets triggered by a cron job, checks if there are new articles added, and posts them to a Telegram channel.
